WEST PITTSTON — A man is accused of exposing himself at a grocery store in Luzerne County.
Police say William Costigan, 30, allegedly went up to juvenile cashier at the Gerrity’s in West Pittston and exposed himself.
The cashier reported it to her supervisor who then called police.
Costigan was identified because he gave his phone number to the cashier to look up his Gold Card.
A customer in the store also witnessed the incident.
Costigan is charged with open lewdness, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
