WILKES-BARRE -- Nurses at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital will be getting back pay owed to them over a period of several months last year while they were negotiating a new contract.
The nurses were on strike last summer.
The National Labor Relations Board last week upheld a ruling that Community Health Systems violated federal labor law in denying scheduled wage increases while the nurses negotiated for a new contract.
