TROY TOWNSHIP — Two people are accused of racking up nearly $14,000 on stolen gas cards in Bradford County.
Troopers say Jessica Gowin, 26, and Brett Tillotson, 25, took the cards from an excavating company near Troy.
Both are charged with theft and receiving stolen property in Bradford County.
