WOODWARD TOWNSHIP -- The swollen Susquehanna River postponed a popular part of a Riverfest in Clinton County.
Organizers of the Woodward Township Riverfest say the water is just too high for the cardboard boat races near Lock Haven.
They plan to reschedule the race for a date in the near future.
In the meantime, the Riverfest is still going on until about 10 p.m. on Saturday along the Susquehanna River in Clinton County.
