ARCHBALD -- With Memorial Day in the books, the state is celebrating 100 days of summer with a campaign aimed at keeping Pennsylvania beautiful.
This week, PennDOT is launching its "Adopt A Highway" program. The project rallies volunteers and groups to help "adopt" 500 miles of roadway to "Keep PA Beautiful."
