SCRANTON – A fundraiser for a toddler with a severe illness was held Saturday afternoon in Scranton. Newswatch 16 stopped by Rita’s Italian Ice in the city for the “Scoops for Kevin” benefit.19-month-old Kevin Caskey suffers from a form of leukemia.
There were local celebrity scoopers on hand, including Newswatch 16 meteorologist Kurt Aaron.
Money raised from the event benefits Kevin’s medical costs.
