SCRANTON -- Police said a man told a crew working on a bridge replacement project, "I'm coming out shooting and putting all of you down," if they got dust on his car.

Police arrested the neighbor to the Harrison Avenue Bridge project in Scranton and charged him with terroristic threats and harassment. It was after an incident Thursday morning.

In arrest papers, police said Glen Fiumano threatened to shoot at the construction crew for pounding on his door because they needed him to move his car. When police first got there, Fiumano told an officer, "Workers pounded on his door 'like f***ing animals' at 7 o'clock in the morning disturbed his family, and there's no place to park."

After some discussion at that point, police said the situation was resolved. Fiumano agreed to move his car after some resistance.  The officer wrote it up as a "misunderstanding."

That wasn't the end of it.  Investigators said after the officer left, Fiumano came back out of his home and yelled to the crew, "I told the cop I don't own a gun, I own about six of them and if any of you f***rs got any dust on my car, I'm coming out shooting and putting all of you down."

Police were called back to the scene, found Fiumano sitting on his front porch, and arrested him.
