GALLAGHER TOWNSHIP — State police in Clinton County said two teenagers were killed in a crash early Saturday morning north of Lock Haven.

It happened around 3:30 a.m. along Coudersport Pike near Bryans Lane in Gallagher Township.

According to troopers, the driver, Jordan King, 18, of Bellefonte, and his passenger, Carly Miller, 17, of Beech Creek, were thrown from the vehicle.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene by the Clinton County coroner.

According to State Police, King lost control on a curve and hit a tree, separating the car in half.

Troopers also said the car was traveling at a high rate of speed and the two were not wearing seatbelts.

King and Miller had gone to the Central Mountain High School Ball Friday night.
