WEST HAZLETON -- A ceremony in Luzerne County Monday honored every state trooper killed in the line of duty.
The service at the Hazleton barracks commemorated the 96 members who died since the Pennsylvania State Police was created on May 2, 1905.
Retired troopers were also honored.
Troop N covers parts of Schuylkill, Luzerne, Carbon and Monroe Counties and members from that troop were in attendance.
