PECKVILLE -- A fashion show in Lackawanna County raised money for pediatrics at a hospital in Scranton.
The American Girl Fashion Show was held this weekend at Fiorelli’s in Peckville.
Models showed off outfits like ones the popular doll characters might have worn.
Money raised goes toward pediatric services and programs at Geisinger Community Medical Center.
"It’s been a pleasure to work with the American Dolls Group to help raise money to build a better emergency department for our littlest patients," said Anthony Aquilina, Chief Medical Officer of Geisinger CMC
Newswatch 16’s Peggy Lee hosted Saturday and Julie Sidoni hosted Sunday
The models in the fashion show even got to dress up their dolls.
