WILKES-BARRE -- Saturday's chilly temps didn't keep folks from celebrating spring in Wilkes-Barre.
The annual Cherry Blossom Festival is taking place all weekend in Kirby Park.
The cold temperatures have kept the trees from blooming, but the festival went on anyway.
Kirby Park is filled with rides, food, vendors and music through Sunday in Wilkes-Barre.
