Fume’ Asian Grill and Sushi: Chili Pepper Tuna

Experience an amazing treat for your eyes and your palette at Fume' Asian Grill and Sushi in Stroud Township.   Chef Kevin prepares a Chili Pepper Tuna.

Chili Pepper Tuna
10 oz. Tuna
1 cup chili pepper
mixed greens
3 teasp. soy oil
1/2 Teaspoon of sesame oil
fish roe
mint
Japanese mayo and Japanese dressing
Put the chili powder all over the tuna.
Lightly fry tuna on all sides.
Cut the tuna into eight equal pieces.  Place the fish on top of the mixed greens.
Drizzle with Japanese  mayo and Japanese dressing.
