STROUD TOWNSHIP -- Police in the Poconos have released surveillance pictures taken inside the Stroud Mall theater where some teenagers allegedly attacked a woman who told them to be quiet during a movie.

Stroud Area Regional police released surveillance video Thursday and have identified two suspects in this alleged Easter Sunday assault.

According to the victim Cindy Santamaria-Williams, these girls beat her in the parking lot outside the mall, after she told them to quiet down during a movie.

Newswatch 16 talked with Williams earlier this week. She had bruises, a broken eye socket, and several bumps on her head.

Williams was at the police station Thursday being interviewed again by detectives.

People at the Stroud Mall say they hope these suspects are found.

"I hope they find them, I do, because, beating up a woman just for telling them to be quiet is crazy," said Stroudsburg resident Jennifer Monjovi.

"Somebody will, somebody does, but I don't. That's a shame. There's no justice in the world anymore, is there?" asked Lois Freeman of Stroudsburg.

Detectives are working to identify other persons of interest in this case.

If you recognize the two suspects in that surveillance video, you're asked to call Stroud Area Regional Police at 570-421-6800.
