Police Pursuit over Paintball Gun

MOOSIC -- State police said a paintball gun is to blame for a police pursuit in Lackawanna County.

According to authorities, someone in the vehicle shot the paintball gun at another vehicle in the Elmhurst area just before 10 p.m. Sunday, then took off.

Troopers caught up with the vehicle on Davis Street in Moosic.

Investigators have not said if any charges will be filed.

    I am assuming the police didn’t know these were only paintball guns; however, the idiots who were fooling around in this manner should have their “toys,” taken away from them like the irresponsible stupid little kids they are.
