CARBON COUNTY — Due to an issue with phone service in part of Carbon County, some customers may not be able to call 911.
Officials said there is an issue with Verizon phone service in Lehigh and Lausanne Townships.
Anyone in those areas who has an emergency can go to the Lehigh and Lausanne Rural Fire Company at 390 South Lehigh Gorge Drive.
