SCRANTON -- A one-vehicle crash tied up the North Scranton Expressway heading into the city late Thursday afternoon.
The vehicle flipped on its roof in the southbound lanes.
Drivers had to find another way to get into Scranton for a time.
There's no word from police in Scranton on any injuries or what caused the crash.
