STROUDSBURG -- Saturday was the grand reopening for a bakery that was destroyed by fire in Stroudsburg last summer.

Kitchen Chemistry on Main Street welcomed customers for the first time since last July.

Folks lined up to get some of the tasty treats from the popular bakery.

The owner says everything is all new and re-vamped with an improved area for classes.

She says the rebuilding process has given her a unique perspective.

"It's a new beginning but yet I have a five years of experience behind me," said Lisa Deemer, Kitchen Chemistry Owner. "It's really a very rare opportunity to start from scratch, hands on experience to help me know where to go from here."

The celebration lasted until 4 p.m. on Saturday in Stroudsburg.
