STROUDSBURG -- A former inmate from Monroe County is headed back to state prison.
Devon Williams, 25, of Stroudsburg must serve four years in prison for sending a threatening letter to a judge in Stroudsburg.
According to federal prosecutors, Williams admitted to mailing the letter from prison last year.
He was originally arrested back in 2008 after firing a gun outside a motel near Snydersville.
