MONTROSE -- A driver involved in a deadly ATV crash pleaded guilty Friday morning in Susquehanna County.
Cody Mosher of Laceyville pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and DUI.
In august, his ATV hit a rock wall near Meshoppen.
A passenger, Jeremy Mowry of Meshoppen, was killed.
After entering his plea, Mosher was immediately sentenced to up to five years in prison.
