PITTSTON — Water is restored to a Luzerne County community, according to PA American Water.

The utility company said repairs were successfully completed and water was restored by 1:00 a.m. Thursday for people who live in Pittston.

The 20-inch water main broke on Parsonage Street on Sunday.

The water company said customers may experience discolored water at first and should run their faucets until it clears.
