THROOP — The Mid Valley School District in Lackawanna County will be looking for a new superintendent.
The Scranton Times-Tribune reports that Jim Tallarico emailed his resignation letter to board members.
His resignation is effective immediately.
Tallarico cited personal reasons.
Mid Valley comprises the communities of Olyphant, Dickson City, and Throop.
