CHERRY TOWNSHIP — State police in Sullivan County arrested a man who they said assaulted a woman.
Troopers said Charles Capriotti choked the woman and pulled a gun on her during an argument early Saturday morning near Mildred.
The victim is expected to be okay.
Capriotti turned himself in on Monday in Sullivan County.
