DUNMORE -- It's a bad day to be Pennsylvania's favorite groundhog.
A billboard was spotted Friday night just off of Interstate 81 near Dunmore running a "Wanted" sign with Punxsutawney Phil's mug shot.
The cold weather has people in Northeastern Pennsylvania saying enough is enough, and the groundhog is getting the blame.
