LAKE HARMONY -- State police in the Poconos said a man convicted of secretly videotaping victims did it again while awaiting sentencing.
According to troopers, Kenneth Schiff from New Jersey recorded people, including juveniles, at a rental cabin along Lake Harmony early last year.
Schiff has since begun serving a two-year sentence in Monroe County for placing cameras in shower stalls at Otter Lake Campground near East Stroudsburg in 2012.
