PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP -- The brother of a woman killed earlier this month in Luzerne County has been charged with her death.
Nicholas Gleco, 44, of Hunlock Creek was charged Thursday with involuntary manslaughter.
Investigators say he shot his sister Rachel Dukus, 57, in the head at a home along Pavlick Road near Plymouth.
According to police, Gleco told them he accidentally shot Dukus when they were talking about one of his rifles that had gone missing.
