WILLIAMSPORT -- Lycoming County has a new commissioner.
Pictures provided by the county show Jeff Rauff being sworn in Friday morning.
Rauff fills the seat left vacant by Jeff Wheeland.
Wheeland was elected last month to the state House of Representatives.
Rauff, 64, of Loyalsock, will serve the remainder of what would have been Wheeland's term that expires at the end of 2015.
