NOXEN TOWNSHIP -- Bad weather and pilot error are being blamed for a deadly helicopter crash in Wyoming County that killed five.

Federal investigators say the pilots should not have been flying in bad weather the night of the crash near Noxen in July of 2013.

Authorities say the pilots were not experienced enough and had not been given an official briefing on the weather.

Four adults and a 3 year old, all from out of state, died.
