SCRANTON -- Police believe they have the man caught on camera stealing from a church.
Authorities say Michael Spindler, 59, of Millville, admitted last Thursday to stealing money out of donation boxes at St. Ann's Basilica in Scranton about two weeks ago.
Spindler is charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
