ASHLAND -- Firefighters were called to a structure fire in Ashland.
It broke out around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday in the place on Spruce Street.
Crews said the single family house has been vacant for years with no power inside.
The cause of the fire in Schuylkill County is under investigation but officials said it appears suspicious.
The fire marshal is expected to investigate the cause on Wednesday.
