BARRETT TOWNSHIP-- The search for Eric Frein picked up in Monroe County Sunday afternoon.
Multiple police vehicles swarmed the search area and helicopters were circling overhead.
According to Tfc. Connie Devens with the Pennsylvania State Police, search teams are following up on a possible sighting of Frein in the area, as well as searching other areas in both Barrett and Price townships.
She added that Frein has not been located at this time.
