BEAR CREEK TOWNSHIP -- Landscaping and a parking lot were damaged by a vandal caught on camera in Luzerne County.
Surveillance shows a pickup truck tearing around the parking lot of Bear Creek Charter School early Thursday morning doing donuts.
The video also shows a person in a car who watched the whole thing happen.
Administrators with the school in Luzerne County could not say how much the damage would cost to fix but they said the money will likely come out of the school's budget.
