TOWANDA -- A man charged with aggravated assault has been found not guilty in Bradford County.
Timothy Mott of Columbia Crossroads was accused of hitting a wildlife conservation vehicle last year.
Authorities said Mott hit the vehicle after leading wildlife officers on a chase near Gillett where he was caught spotlighting for deer.
Mott's lawyer tells us his client was found not guilty on all charges last week in Bradford County.
