I totally agree that these days you cannot deal with terroristic people in the same manner that you would have 25 years ago. He has already proven he has no regard for human life. Coming from a public safety view, I believe these measures are the best that can be done without totally canceling everything until he is captured.

But also, unrelated, I have to comment of what the poster named ‘E’ said. High school football is religion in NEPA??? Are you smoking crack? You have to be if you actually believe this…….I’m from the South (Mississippi/Louisiana) and football (especially high school and college) IS religion in the south……you Yankees treat it as just a hobby in the North.

Number one, I agree that whatever it takes to make our communities safe until this turd is caught! Make it so! Number two? Football a hobby with us yanks? lol! NOT! Mia Sposa is a nepa-native, I am from NY, he lived in New England for many years and we retired here. You never been at our house during a Giants/Patriots game!

Like postponing the game till Saturday is going to do anything but give him a better view of potential targets.

My post wasn’t meant to offend anyone I just strongly feel we should not allow this crazy guy to have that much power over our lives .what if this guy isn’t found for months do we not send our kids to school that long remember when 911 happened I recall I was in school the next day our president didn’t allow our lives to be controlled by some terrorist

Mike, Those terrorists were killed along with the people on the planes when they crashed into the buildings. This lunatic is still running around with a gun, or guns and the schools do not want to be responsible if this nut decides to sharpen his shooting skills on some kids waiting for the bus to go to school. FYI once kids are at the bus stop, the school is responsible for those kids, and don’t want law suites. That is why they closed the schools….

Tom and Mike, tried to comment on here and another article about this on here where a woman was expressing concerns. You are both right and I understand why the woman is scared, and that’s all I can say because they wouldn’t post either comment out of PC rhetoric and inflaming fear.

Why are we letting this man change our daily lives .He’s probably somewhere getting thrill out of the fact we fear him. What happened to standing up in the face of a bully .we shouldn’t change anything for this guy

OMG… tell me you’re joking! You’re joking right? There is a lunatic on the loose and you are asking why? It’s high school football… In the big scheme of things it’s not all that important. What if he is getting a thrill out of this as you say and decided to actually to something.. would you be the one telling the parents of any child that got hurt… Well at least we showed him we wouldn’t put our life on hold… That really showed him.. OMG. Ever hear the expression think before you speak… You might want to try it out

Lesa I completely agree with your comment. However I feel you are unaware that high school football is religion in nepa. I’m sure mike is your typical failed high school athlete that needs theses local games to hold on to his “glory days”. Lol. For the majority of people in that region high school football is, or was their only chance to escape the area. As sad as it is that’s all they have to look forward to.
