HEMLOCK TOWNSHIP -- A man wanted on homicide charges has been captured in Argentina.
State police said Anthony Rocco Franklin, 72, was taken into custody on Monday in connection with the homicide of Frank Spencer in 2012.
Police filed homicide charges against Franklin and his daughter, Maria Sanutti-Spencer, 49, of Harrisburg on July 28.
Spencer, 46, was found shot to death in his home in Hemlock Township, near Millville, Columbia County in July of 2012.
Franklin and Sanutti-Spencer are accused of killing Spencer, who was Sanutti-Spencer's ex-husband.
