Another home improvement contractor is locked up after being accused of fraud.

Police said Robert Kolovich of Northumberland, the owner of Lifetime Choice Windows, was taking money from customers but not doing the promised work.

State police in Towanda charged Kolovich two counts of deceptive or fraudulent business practices, two counts of home improvement fraud, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property after they said he failed to work on a home near Canton.

Investigators said Kolovich had been previously arrested by numerous police departments throughout Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.

Kolovich is being held in the Northumberland County Prison on $60,000 dollars bail.

State police in Towanda believe there may be more victims and ask any residents of Bradford County who may be a victim to call them at 570-265-2186.

Anyone living outside of Bradford County is asked to call the local police department or state police in their area.
