Newswatch 16 morning meteorologist Joe Snedeker arrived at Marywood University Friday night, ending his long bike ride for Go Joe XVII.
Joe biked from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg to Philadelphia and finally finished in Scranton in time for the St. Joseph's Festival.
