The Pocono Record reported this young man was “Special needs”. They also reported that he did not know how to swim and at the time of the drowning, he was being watched by his caregiver and both of his parents. WHAT? WHAT? A special needs person, who cannot swim…with three adults watching him…and he drowns? Such a sad story…truly sad!!
