SCRANTON — Both lanes of Interstate 81 south have reopened after a crash investigation in Lackawanna County
According to PennDOT, Interstate 81 southbound between the Viewmont Mall exit (191) and the Main Avenue exit (190) was down to one lane while investigators worked at the scene of a deadly crash on Monday.
Work was finished by 10:30 p.m.
