The 11th annual Northeast Fair kicks off today in Pittston Township. Newswatch 16's Ryan Leckey gets the lowdown while testing out the rides.
The fair will have lots of food, entertainment, tons of rides, and it all benefits the Pittston Township Volunteer Fire Department.
