NANTICOKE -- Work on part of a highway in Luzerne County slowed traffic Thursday morning.
Interstate 81 north near the Nanticoke exit (164) was down to one lane for emergency bridge repair.
Traffic in the area was backed up.
PennDOT had all lanes of Interstate 81 north open again by Thursday afternoon.
