WILKES-BARRE — Summer school will not be held at Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre.

Instead, it will be held at GAR High School.

The Wilkes-Barre Area School District says the switch was made because of structural concerns at Meyers.

Part of Coughlin High School is also off limits to students because of structural issues.

Repair work is expected to begin this summer on those schools in Wilkes-Barre.
