HAWLEY -- People of all ages broke out the running gear to take part in a 5K run/walk.
The event at Bingham Park helped raise awareness for suicide prevention. The run also raised money for a memorial scholarship for a young man who took his own life.
More than 150 people took part in the Hawley Spring Run that benefits the Tyler Whitman Memorial Scholarship which goes to graduating seniors at Wallenpaupack Area High School.
