SCRANTON — A man is wanted for assault and harassment charges in Scranton.
According to officials, Ryan Kates broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home and beat her friend multiple times in the head.
Authorities said Kates fled the scene and is wanted for aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment.
Police said Kates is known to be violent and to use caution if seen in Lackawanna County.
