HAMILTON TOWNSHIP — A magisterial district judge ruled there is enough evidence to send the case against a double homicide suspect in Monroe County on to trial.

Garry Flyte is accused of shooting and killing a father and son in Eldred Township, near Kunkletown, along with a family pet dog back in March.

At a hearing Monday in Monroe County, police testified that Flyte told them he heard voices that night telling him to shoot his neighbors.

He is charged with two counts of homicide, one count of attempted homicide, and one count of cruelty to animals
