BERWICK — A third suspect is in custody for allegedly trying to burn down a home in Columbia County.
David Heckman turned himself in to police in Berwick on Saturday in connection with an arson at a house on Arch Street in Berwick back in October.
Officers also plan to arraign Kevin Danser for the arson. He is locked up in Luzerne County right now on unrelated charges.
Tyler Arias was arrested earlier this week after admitting he played a part in the arson in Berwick as well.
Heckman and Arias are both behind bars in Columbia County.
