MOOSIC -- Families visited with a famous monkey and the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders Saturday afternoon.
Curious George was is town and entertained families at the Family Fest event hosted by the RailRiders at the PNC Field's Mohegan Sun Club.
Kyle Jones of Duryea said, "This is a really great thing, it's terrific. Families are out here. We have our daughter out here. We get to meet Curious George from WVIA. It's really a great thing."
Curious George was there to entertain the kids along with mascots, Quills and Champ.
There was also plenty of things to keep the little ones busy such as face painting and balloon animals.
Not only did guests get to meet Curious George but families were able to participate in a behind the scenes tour of PNC Field, and grab their season tickets.
Opening day for the RailRiders is Thursday, April 10th.
