Members of the Newswatch 16 team spent part of their day in class.

Reporter Stacy Lange read "The Foot Book" to Miss Byron's first grade class at Neil Armstrong Elementary in Scranton.

Stacy also did an arts and craft project with kids as part of "Dr. Seuss Week."

Morning anchor Mindi Ramsey stopped by Sarah J. Dymond Elementary in Luzerne County.

Mindi read "There's A Wocket in my Pocket" to kindergarteners and first graders at the school near Pittston.

Chief Meteorologist Tom Clark also participated in Read Across America Week.

He stopped by Rock Solid Academy near Dallas and read "Oh, Say Can You Say What's The Weather Today" by Dr. Seuss.
