Arrests And Citations After Concert

STROUDSBURG — Several arrests were made and citations issued after a controversial concert in Stroudsburg over the weekend.

An event called the Barstool Blackout was held at the Sherman Theater on Main Street Saturday night.

The concert attracts a lot of students from East Stroudsburg University.

Police said a dozen people were arrested, more than 30 citations were handed out, and 35 traffic warnings were issued. Several people were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries and the effects of drugs and alcohol.
