ROSS TOWNSHIP -- The bitterly cold temperatures are being blamed for a road closure in Luzerne County.
PennDOT said a "frost heave" caused part of Route 118 in Sweet Valley to break apart.
A section of the road is down to one lane and a detour is in place until repairs can be made.
