Zuppa di Clams (soup of the clam)
1doz little neck clams, garlic, olive oil,
White wine, plum tomato sauce, fresh parsley
 Sautée clams in olive oil and garlic, add white wine and simmer, let reduce,
Add homemade plum tomato sauce and finish with fresh parsley
